The project was born from the simple idea of giving shape to words. The transition from 2D text to an extremely distorted volume changes both the physical perception and the meaning of words.

They become objects that are ambiguous in both appearance and meaning. The marks left by the manufacturing tools, such as the striations of the 3D printer, are an integral part of the sculptures. They create a specific texture and testify to the production process in successive layers. These sculptures are developed in conjunction with technical experimentation with different tools (thermoplastic 3D printers and powder sintering) in order to push back the boundaries of these constantly evolving technologies. The lettering, for example, is extruded with extreme finesse, or features particularly complex interlocking patterns that would be impossible with other techniques.
