62th Salon de Montrouge

For the second year running, the Salon's new identity is more graphic.

The exhibition number is still the main visual reference point for this event promoting young artists, but this year it has taken on a more sculptural appearance. With its bold shadow, it stands out from the background of the poster like an object of ambiguous materiality. Somewhere between 3D and drawing, the visual navigates through murky waters, magnifying and distorting the typography as it winds its way. From this playful script, a whole repertoire of dancing typographic motifs is deployed on the catalogue cover and as wallpaper. A new technical challenge was taken on for this visual, which combines the full range of the graphic designer's tools and is printed in an extravagant combination of Pantone neon yellow and black.
